We are fast approaching Flu season and Kingswood will be offering Flu appointments to patients who are eligible for this vaccination.
Some practices and pharmacies offer adult flu vaccinations as soon as the vaccination is made available in September. However, Kingswood Surgery will begin our Flu clinics on 3rd October.
Our new system allows patients who are able to make requests online rather than queue on the phone at busier times.
From the 5th of August 2024 (05/08/2024) our surgery will be going live with our new online patient triage system.
We are excited to share that on the 3rd July a new phone system will be going live at the practice.
Using services wisely can help to reduce pressure on the NHS and may help patients to be treated sooner than attending local hospital emergency departments, allowing medical staff to focus on treating those people who need it most.
